The Winner Takes All [Basketball]

This is going to be a basketball sports novel. It's the story of the league's only female coach leading her team to an upset victory. The heroine has a golden finger: an incredible memory and powers of observation. After watching the opposing school's game footage all night, Jian Ning walks toward the gymnasium with a yawn, thinking that making this sacrifice just to be an assistant coach is too much. When she enters the basketball court, she finds the boys haven't been warming up at all. Instead, they're huddled around a phone. "If I catch you playing on your phones on the court again, I'll replace them all with old people's phones!" Jian Ning threatens. Caught red-handed, the brats don't scatter. They look at one another, and finally their captain nervously hands her the phone. Jian Ning takes it and sees a blazing red "Breaking" on Weibo's trending list: "Basketball superstar secretly meets a young model late at night, the two share a passionate kiss by the window for half an hour!" Well, that's awkward, because the basketball superstar is Jian Ning's fiancé. Reader's guide: 1. Longtime readers know the author is firmly on Team Heroine. The heroine gets all the best and most badass moments in the whole story. The male lead can take his pick of playing support, being carried, or serving as a decorative accessory. 2. A sports novel with a touch of ensemble cast. The heroine's team will crush her ex-boyfriend's team. Completely crush them. 3. The basketball league and its operations are modeled on the NBA, while the modern social setting is fictional. 4. The novel will include basketball tactics, but the author will do their best to make them entertaining. 5. The main focus is her career, with an adult romance subplot. Theme: Competitive sports. The winner takes all.
