A recommendation for the next yuri novel I want to write, If We Have a Future
“If we have a future, Lin Qingshu, I will never let go of your hand again, even if our ending is utter ruin.”
Lu Zhaoran
“Zhaoran, I understand the difficulties and reasons you had, and I never blamed you. But I can’t wait for you any longer, because I have a family to look after, too. I only hope that in our next lives, we can be born into happy, loving families, with no injustice standing in our way, no discrimination or insults, so we can freely make our own choices.”
Lin Qingshu
Lately, I’ve been able to feel more and more clearly that something is wrong with my body. When I thought that I might not have much time left, I actually felt a little relieved.
My time in this world can hardly be called beautiful. I feel no fear or reluctance at the thought of leaving just like this. My only regret, perhaps, is that I can’t see you one last time.
As I put pen to paper and wrote this story, I only hoped that someday, if you happened to read it, you would understand that I wasn’t completely heartless and cold.
If you do read it, I hope you won’t be sad. I have no regrets. I only hope that in our next lives, we can have a future together.
Synopsis:
Lin Zhao is the lord of the Northern Domain, one of the four regions of the Demon Realm. She is, one could say, The Outcast, second only to one and above countless others. In the eyes of the world, Lin Zhao is a wanton, debauched woman, a ruthless demoness.
Yet no one knows that Lin Zhao keeps someone in her heart. That person is clad in white as pure as snow, aloof and otherworldly. She is the one thing Lin Zhao holds on to, the only reason she keeps fighting to live, even after suffering every humiliation and torment.
She wanted to thank that person. Later, at the Demon Venerable’s banquet, she finally saw the one she had longed for day and night. But by then, Lin Zhao was seated high above, while that person had become a prisoner at her feet.
So Lin Zhao brought her back as a male favorite. On the surface, she made things difficult for her and humiliated her at every turn. In private, however, she was insecure, suspicious, and painstakingly cautious.
Gu Han is a renowned immortal physician in the cultivation world. During one of her training journeys, she was captured and taken to the Demon Realm while disguised as a man. At the banquet, she saw that person: dressed in red like a blazing flame, alluring and enchanting. Later, that person took her away as a male favorite.
She thought this would be the greatest humiliation of her life. But she never expected to meet someone else there, someone who would comfort and care for her whenever Lin Zhao made things difficult for her and humiliated her, and would softly call her “Older Sister.”
Later, she escaped the Demon Realm and swore that one day she would kill Lin Zhao and take her away.
But when her sword pierced Lin Zhao’s heart, she saw the curve of the demoness’s lips and suddenly panicked.
The demoness was dead, and the person she had once been was gone, too.
It wasn’t until she heard a story that she understood: the story of Lin Shiqi, who loved Gu Xiaowu with insecurity and despair.
Lin Zhao thought she had died and could finally be free. But by a twist of fate, someone summoned her soul and brought her back to life.
Living again, Lin Zhao thought that person had long since attained the Dao and ascended. But then they met again at Qiping Pass. The person she had dreamed countless times of claiming had her eyes red and her whole body trembling as she cornered Lin Zhao in the room.

Theme: As long as you turn back, I’ll be here.
It's been a long time since I've seen a novel that left me with such unfulfilled interest. The narrative was interspersed without confusion and was very clear; the protagonist's character was also very prominent, and the setting was very touching. The protagonist's expressions are vividly described, especially when writing about Lin Zhao's resistance to Gu Han's love. The reason why Lin Zhao resisted is very real. Probably because he doesn't want to let her see him in embarrassment when he likes someone. A proud and self-respecting person will not allow others to pity him. The author is probably also a delicate person.
Lin really doesn't understand love. Even if she had that kind of experience first, it was indeed tragic, but that was no reason to use other people's faults to hurt those who loved her. Gu Han had done enough for her. She insisted on pushing away the hurt again and again. If she didn't punish herself in the past, she would punish Gu Han again. Gu Han's heart was also fleshy... How could he survive this? If you can't even learn love, then be Save Gu Han, he paid by mistake because of his infatuation
Author, don't show off!!!!
The ending is, but it's still pretty good.
Ahhhhh, it's so beautiful, the author is so great! As a senior high school student, my only entertainment every day is to read your articles. I am really happy⊙▽⊙The college entrance examination is coming soon. I guess I may not be able to read it on time in the next few days. Come on (???_??)?, And we will read it together after I finish the college entrance examination.
I really like this book, except for the ending, which was a bit unexpected and left me a bit disappointed.
Finished?? It's so messed up...
Just make it round and logical
It's been a week and I'm crying
Oh my gosh, I didn't expect the author to update more
