She has the status but no talent, and despite being engaged, she spends all day chasing after other men, dragging her family into becoming the laughingstock of the occult world.

Since you lot are so neglectful of your proper duties...
It's getting cold. It's time for the Ghost King to rule the occult world!
With no talent, rejected by her family, and eventually stripped of her inheritance rights in favor of an outsider, she is pushed step by step toward leaving the Ji family.
Yu Qiao: You want me gone? As if you're worthy!
Talent? Luck? Cultivation methods? Her useless body can't learn any of them.
But catching ghosts is as easy as lifting a finger.
The newly crowned Ghost King is her disciple, twelve ghost generals serve under her, and a billionaire tycoon is her follower...
You want to step on her to become a genius? Not a chance!
Yu Qiao quickly makes a name for herself.
The Ji family then shamelessly announces to the world that she is their sole heir.
Yu Qiao turns around and waves goodbye.
