"Your name is Yan Zhi. You were Tang Zhi's close friend, and died in an accident. To bring you back to life, Tang Zhi entered an infinite game.
In the game, Tang Zhi met a boy who looked just like you and treated him as your replacement. They teamed up to clear levels, and as time passed, they fell in love. Tang Zhi fell for him.
After your death, your soul became an NPC with special abilities in the game.
Seeing the two of them, you burned with jealousy and repeatedly tried to sabotage them, becoming a test of their true love.
In the end, you turned evil and became the final boss. Tang Zhi killed you with his own hands.
After enduring countless hardships and a torturous romance, the two of them finally cleared the game."
Yan Zhi raised his beautiful eyes, their gaze rippling with light. "So, now I'm supposed to be an NPC who breaks them up?"
"That's right," the System said again.
Yan Zhi was a disciple of the Acacia Sect, handpicked by the System from the cultivation world. He was sure to fill in the plot hole and play the seductive demon NPC perfectly.
"Sounds good." Yan Zhi's lips curved into a bewitching smile.
He pressed the button beside him and entered the game.
The System was horrified. "You pressed the wrong one! That's the player entrance!!"

A beautiful, delicate-looking boy arrived in the beginner area of the infinite game.
Faced with ferocious ghosts, he trembled with fear, looking so pitiful that anyone would want to protect him.
The audience shook their heads. What good was being pretty? He wouldn't last two hours in the game.
But two days later, not only was he still alive, he was thriving.
The ghosts competed to serve him tea and water, tending to his every need just to make him smile.
Late at night, the dungeon's fearsome boss knelt beside his bed and tenderly kissed his fingertips.
