Shanghai in Turmoil

The enemy established Bureau 76, capturing many resistance fighters who had no time to evacuate. Those who couldn't get out in time drifted like needles in a vast sea, hidden in alleyways, bookstores, cheongsam shops, and even a "Reserve Nationalist Army Officer Selection Camp."

The atmosphere created by the enemy exacted a bloody price from these people! After ten years of civil war, the Bund lay in ruins. Meanwhile, an undercover agent with the codename Scarf was embedded in Bureau 76's Special Operations Division.
