Reborn as an Actor [Showbiz]

Let's just say, are there any normal women in this novel? Now there are five female characters. Except for the mother of the protagonist, the other four including the agent are not interesting. Their relationship with the protagonist is still bad. They are like the eldest lady. She has a temper and has no reason to lose her temper. I really don't understand the logic behind this. Can the author explain it?
