Tipsy [Youth With You 2]

Before the finale of Youth With You 2,

the production team prepared a quick-fire quiz for the final twenty trainees.

The last question:

"Which trainee is the best at taking care of people?"

Everyone points at Liu Yuxin in unison.

Only two people are exceptions.

Yu Shuxin didn't expect Zou Yue to choose her. She says dramatically,

"Oh, Zou Yueyue, I guess all those chores I've done really paid off!"

As she speaks, she can't help glancing at Liu Yuxin, sitting beside her.

Liu Yuxin lowers the hand she'd pointed at Zou Yue with, and the corners of her mouth visibly droop.

The production team, feeling mischievous, asks Zou Yue, "Yueyue, you didn't choose Yuxin. Now that you see Yuxin chose you, are you surprised?"

"No," Zou Yue says, looking at Liu Yuxin with a frank expression. "She takes care of everyone else, and I take care of her. Isn't that how it's always been?"

The cameras quickly turn toward Liu Yuxin, but all they catch is her profile, turned completely toward Zou Yue, and her eyes, already curved into crescents.

The balcony, a few scattered beer cans.

The two of them lie under the same blanket, their breaths carrying a faint trace of alcohol.

Zou Yue speaks first:

"Liu Yuxin, did you know there are stars in your eyes?"

A pause.

"So, Liu Yuxin, you have to look at me more, or I won't be able to see the stars."

Liu Yuxin blinks slowly.

"Then, Yueyue, do you know why there are stars in my eyes?"

"Why?"

"Because you're in my eyes."

And you are the stars.
