[Haikyuu!!] A Drawing That Captures the Soul

Pairing: Kōtarō Bokuto; Bokuto-centric, with lots of self-indulgent analysis of the original work.

Asada Haruka, a member of Fukurōdani Academy's art club, has always had a talent for drawing. Her goal is to get into the best art university in Japan!

Unfortunately, she just can't get the hang of figure sketching.

For the sake of her dream, even though she's a painfully shy introvert who hates meeting people, she has to throw herself into practicing!

And so she starts going from one sports club to another, asking if she can sit and sketch them.

Her classmate Akashi is especially kind. Using his status as the volleyball team's vice-captain, he talks the coach and manager into letting her sketch freely in the gym.

All she has to do in return is pretend to be a fan of the volleyball team's captain.

Is this for real?

Akashi is such a good person!

But did she really just attract a giant owl?

Huh? When did I get tied to the volleyball team too?

What does your match have to do with me? I'm in the art club!

1) Original female protagonist. OOC. Please be kind.

2) This is meant to promote the original series. Romance isn't the main plot. It would be great if this got you into Haikyu!

3) I got hooked after the manga ended and am writing this out of love. This is my own indulgence, and the main story is already complete.

4) Akashi and Bokuto have no romantic pairing, only friendship. Please enjoy your own ships in your own space. Thank you.

Theme: The effort and sweat of sportsmanship, growing in your own way, and never giving up.
