Xia Tian is a real estate agent with sales figures that leave everyone else in the dust. She's won the sales ACE award three years in a row.
The very day after the awards ceremony, the company transferred her to a mysterious department. An app was linked to her phone, but every listing it provided was a haunted house.
Xia Tian sneered. "Well, would you look at that. Just my specialty."
"Haunted houses are full of invisible, filthy things, so they can't be sold! Agents, do your best to help them move on."
So she saw bathtubs overflowing with blood, bed frames shaking in the middle of the night, brides in red wedding dresses, and the scratch of someone doing homework in an empty room...
Xia Tian, a staunch materialist: ...
How am I supposed to sell a house this haunted?!
With sales above all, she helped a studious ghost with advanced calculus, sang and danced for a lonely ghost, helped a ghost who'd died from overwork write code, and beat up a scumbag ghost who'd abandoned his wife and child...
With a whirlwind of efforts, Xia Tian once again became the top salesperson on the haunted-house app.
Everyone stared in amazement. "That's our Sister Xia for you! She can sell even a place that haunted!"
After reaching the top, Xia Tian suddenly understood how lonely it was to be invincible. "What's the point of becoming the top salesperson on this lousy app, anyway?"
The app chuckled. "You get a gorgeous, youthful, white-haired, red-eyed younger boyfriend as a reward!"
Xia Tian: "Younger? You mean this evil spirit who's been causing trouble for thousands of years?"
