My Cthulhu Partner Keeps Stuffing Monsters into My Bed

Su Liu broke up with his eldritch god boyfriend because he couldn't stand the way the other gave him gifts. No, to be precise, it was because every time Su Liu lifted the covers before bed, after getting up, or at any other time, he would find an unknown, tender, ugly little monster with tears in its eyes, snatched from who-knows-where by his boyfriend. “First, I really don't like eating these.” “Second, I don't eat in bed.” After repeating this countless times to no avail, Su Liu had no choice but to break up, much as it hurt. Having an eldritch god for a boyfriend was cool, but he was just an innocent human being. On the day they broke up, he drank for the first time in ages, hoping to go home and get a good night's sleep. But when he lifted the covers, he found himself staring straight at three little monsters. Su Liu: ... The little monsters: ... Good grief, these three were even smaller than before, and so spectacularly ugly it was a gift. Su Liu stood there, gasping for air, while the three monsters confessed of their own accord. Black Coal Ball: Sob, sob, my meat tastes really good. Bouncy Pile: We're only six months old. Pancake Face: If you eat us, will you get back together with our master?~ Su Liu: ??? Su Liu: !!! When we were dating, I only had to eat one. Now that we've broken up, I have to eat three? What kind of nonsense is this? Being in love was scary enough. Who could've guessed that making up would be three times scarier?! [Bonus scene] After winning his boyfriend back, the devilishly handsome, wild, and arrogant eldritch god kicked the three little ones off the bed. Little One No. 1: I helped you pursue him. Little One No. 2: I helped you get through the honeymoon phase. Little One No. 3: I helped you get back together. The eldritch god drawled lazily: “Mm. I'm full now, so I'm not hungry.” Su Liu: ??? Good grief, why is his getting-back-together-after-a-breakup story so different from everyone else's? Theme: Tolerance and understanding are the best gifts.
