Coming soon: Don't Be the Tyrant's White Moonlight and Wang Pengshan. Blurbs at the end.

When Lu Hanchun married Shen Jinghong, the whole capital was in an uproar. Nobody had expected the esteemed Marquis of Beining to marry a lonely girl who raised her little brother and earned a living selling noodles.
For three years, they lived in perfect harmony, envied by all.
Then, out of nowhere, he said, "Let's divorce."
Lu Hanchun remembered their first meeting in the eighteenth year of Ancheng. She'd clung to him and made a scene, but in the end she swallowed the bitter taste in her throat, took the divorce papers, and strode away from the Marquis of Beining's manor.
But who could have guessed that she'd run into Shen Jinghong again at a nighttime banquet at an official residence?
He was still a spotless figure on a snowy peak.
She was now a common flower in the dirt, in another man's arms.
Holding her pipa, eyes alluring, she sang a song from the pleasure quarters as someone beside her whispered, "Hanchun, do you think Shen Jinghong wants to kill you right now?"
When the song ended, beside the dark pond, the enraged Shen Jinghong really did corner her.
"Lu Hanchun, I truly wanted to kill you just now."
She only smiled disdainfully. "Shen Jinghong, you've killed me ten thousand times already. What's one more?"

Historical romance coming soon: Don't Be the Tyrant's White Moonlight. First-person narration.
When Wei Xiang rescued He Jun, he was dressed in rags, his face caked with blood and mud. His noble master had shoved him forward to block the swords, and he was at death's door. Yet his eyes were vicious and bloodthirsty, and even as he lay dying, he tried to drag Wei Xiang down with him. He was just like a wild wolf, so Wei Xiang knocked him unconscious with a club.
After nursing He Jun back to health, Wei Xiang found herself with a mute slave whose life had been tragic and who had nothing to his name but youth, strength, and a handsome face.
The little slave was obedient and well-behaved, until the day he hurt the man she loved and revealed his improper desires. His disguise finally fell away.
She accidentally pushed him into the great river, leaving him to die, and was plagued by nightmares ever after.
*
A year later, she was sent to marry for the sake of her country. Her groom was the rumored mixed-blood Sixth Prince, born to lowly status but now powerful thanks to his countless murders and glorious military achievements. But when Wei Xiang saw who had come for her, she was dumbstruck.
Th-this wasn't... the little slave?
The mute slave who had once been so obedient still had the same face and eyes. Smiling, dressed in princely robes, he approached her step by step.
"Princess, long time no see. So what if I have improper desires? As you said when you killed me, a treacherous wolf like me will stop at nothing to get what I want."

Historical romance coming soon, number two: Wang Pengshan
When they first met, Xue Baoyi was the lowliest palace maid. Wearing nothing but a thin red dress, she jumped into an icy lake and shivered as she retrieved a pearl he'd dropped.
But the young emperor reached past the pearl and lifted her chin.
The man who stood above all others asked, "What reward do you want?"
She lowered her eyes, hatred hidden within, and spoke in a timid voice. "This servant wishes to be yours, Your Majesty."
"A pearl this fine shouldn't be left gathering dust. Very well, I'll grant you the rank of beauty."
*
When they met again, the Imperial Study was filled with the faint scent of medicine. She knelt amid scattered memorials, clad in a sheer silk robe, her slender waist winding up toward his imperial yellow robes.
The restrained emperor reached out and grabbed her by the throat, furious.
"What do you want this time?"
With red lips, pale skin, and seductive eyes, she wrapped her arms around him. "Your Majesty, I only wish to be your true consort."
*
Later, they met night after night, day after day.
When passion ran deep, he called her Pearl and promised her all his love.
But Xue Baoyi looked at him coldly and plunged a knife into his chest.
"Your Majesty, you are the last person in this world who deserves to call me Pearl."

But Wei Zong thought: She never knew that one spring day many years ago, he had passed beneath a painted pleasure boat dressed as a commoner, looked up, and seen the Peng Mountain he could never reach in this lifetime.
At the time, he thought: "An immortal stands on Peng Mountain, a pearl in robes of rainbow hues. My beloved is beyond my reach, a distant dream of spring."
When they met again in the depths of the palace, he knew everything she said was a lie, yet he still couldn't help reaching out to her.
