Diavolo, still in college in a parallel world, transmigrates to a strange world. The scary part isn't transmigrating, but that everyone wants him dead afterward. Then he learns something shocking: he used to be the big boss of Passione, though that's all in the past.
At his lowest point, he meets Mori Ougai, another former boss. Though they met late in life, they decide to find new jobs together and rise to the top once more.
Along the way, Diavolo uses his charisma to win over a host of underlings.
Unfortunately, he transmigrates again, this time bringing his partner and underlings with him. In this new world, he meets another Diavolo, a selfish bastard who only thinks of himself and is even willing to abandon his own daughter.
He can't stand it. He's going to set this man's character straight.
1. There will probably be two worlds: first, a world where various anime series are mixed together, and later, the original JoJo world.
2. The protagonist boss isn't too much of a jerk, but he's extremely rational and lacks compassion. Oh, and he's socially anxious.
3. The boss in the first world died, and he was just as much of a jerk as the original boss while he was alive. The original boss is still alive, so later on there will be two bosses going through the wife-chasing-to-the-crematorium routine.
