Xu Weiwei and her soon-to-be ex-husband agreed that their political marriage would serve their mutual interests, and that they would divorce automatically when the time came.
They had clearly laid down three rules. Yet just as Xu Weiwei was about to take control of the company, Zheng Minglu, who wasn't yet her ex-husband, was exposed for cheating during their marriage. The stock price plunged, and he walked away, leaving Xu Weiwei with a huge mess to clean up.
Xu Weiwei had always been able to get whatever she wanted in business. She never expected Zheng Minglu to pull a stunt like this. Furious, she decided to pay him back tenfold.
The first person she set her sights on was her ex-husband's nephew, who had just returned from overseas.
Song Yiqian, day one after returning home: He shared a bed with Xu Weiwei, and when he woke up, he found a check on the nightstand.
Song Yiqian, day nine after returning home: Xu Weiwei kissed him right in front of Zheng Minglu.
Song Yiqian, day N after returning home: He gave the agency rights to Xu Weiwei's company and announced in front of their friends and family that the two of them were getting married.
The male lead falls first. The female lead marries him for her business empire, and they fall in love after marriage. In the end, she gets caught up in it too.
Friendly warning: Scheming femme fatale ahead. The heroine is six years older than the hero. Her ex-husband was in a sham marriage with her for three years for business reasons.
Theme: Embrace a wonderful life.
