Bai Susu can only go out alone to clear her head. After climbing to the top of a famous mountain, her jinxing power backfires on her for the first time. She trips and tumbles down, only to land in a terrifying world.
Vending machines are everywhere. Food, clothing, housing, and transportation are all taken care of, and as long as you have enough points, you can even buy dragon liver and phoenix marrow from the machines.
But this world is full of the uncanny! Take just a couple of steps, and you could find yourself trapped in a terrifying instance.
Feeling weak and helpless, Bai Susu can only hug herself tight and venture through the world with her jinxing power, which works now and then.
And yet...
Some bystander: Weak and helpless? Maybe I'm illiterate.
Some companion: Boss, take me with you! I'll be good and do whatever you say.
Some uncanny beings: Don't come any closer! (Thump: they trip and tie their tongues in knots.)
