Why Is My Top Alpha Boss Like This?

Cheng Yan thinks he's incredibly lucky. He joined the Song Group right after graduating from college, and the following year was promoted to executive assistant to the CEO. He's been earning an enviable salary for seven years. To everyone, he's young, successful, and polished from head to toe. But lately, his job has become harder and harder. His direct superior, the legendary S-rank Alpha with such a foul temper that even dogs avoid him, has become more demanding for some reason. The whole company is groaning, and Cheng Yan, as his assistant, is bearing the brunt of it. “Don't go home today. Get all the documents sorted. You have plans with someone? Cancel them.” “Someone brought you lunch? What, you can't eat in the company cafeteria? Fine, I'll cook for you myself!” “What are you wearing on your hand? Who gave it to you?” Oh, will someone please tell him why this Alpha is acting like this? Song Yang was born into an enviable family. Money and status have always been within easy reach, and he's also one of the few S-rank Alphas. Ever since he came of age, people have gone out of their way to throw potential partners at him, mostly Omegas. They annoyed him so much he nearly developed an Omega aversion. How could all those random people compare to the reliable Alpha assistant by his side? Every little thing his assistant does is exactly to his liking. Even a single strand of his hair makes his heart itch! One day, he catches the scent of Omega pheromones on his assistant... Damn it! The whole world has turned sour! So he starts making a scene over everything, all to stop his assistant from secretly keeping a little Omega on the side. Younger puppy-like Alpha seme VS gentle, refined Omega assistant uke. No childbirth. A lot of sweet readers asked about this, and the author realized it should be mentioned in the blurb, so I've added it. Thanks for all your support, sweeties! Here's a preview of my next story. “This Alpha Is Overflowing with Tea” Mu Xu has known since childhood that Ye Jingming is someone he can admire but never reach, so he's never imagined getting too involved with him. But lately, this big shot seems to have it in for him. He keeps getting hurt or sick because of the people and things around Mu Xu. The youngest head of the Ye family has suffered so much at his hands. Honestly... how is Mu Xu supposed to make it up to him? A story about an older, devoted-dog seme, a powerful man who humbles himself for love, and an oblivious Omega who drives him to become a master of calculated sweetness. He pulls out every trick in the book to win the Omega for himself. Theme: A seasoned corporate drone rejects burnout, stays positive, works hard, and becomes a winner in life.
