Female Lead's Perspective:
Jiang Ya is a female NPC in the "Cannibal Game," a delicate, soft-bodied young woman who works at a hotel front desk.

Gu Zhen is a quiet, well-behaved young man who is obsessed with mystery and puzzle games.
After entering the Cannibal Game, he finds a bug in the game and claims Jiang Ya as his prize for clearing the first level. He originally only wanted her to act as a diplomat who could communicate with ghosts and monsters, but somehow she ends up becoming his bodyguard.
A headless male ghost, consumed by rage, lunges at Gu Zhen. His little bodyguard rushes forward with a kick and sends the headless ghost crashing into the wall.
A female ghost, a brothel madam, puckers her lips and moves closer to him. His little bodyguard shouts, "You can't do that!" and pushes the madam's face into a teacup.
Fellow player: Kid, how can you stand having such a fierce girlfriend?
Gu Zhen: Thanks for your concern. I feel very safe.
At night, Gu Zhen is quite pleased with the little woman curled in his arms, crying that it hurts.
