Femme Fatale (GL)

The moment she received the Fuxi Zither from her mother, Leiyue knew that her life had only just begun, and yet it was already over. She was only ten years old. A little girl with her hair in wispy tufts, as lovely as a flower. “Only a pure-blooded descendant of Nuwa can wield the Fuxi Zither. Leiyue, to claim this supreme artifact, you must choose: solitude, disability, or confinement.” She looked up. Her mother's pale purple robes fluttered in the wind, and her ink-black hair, dark as splashed ink, had somehow turned snowy white. “Leiyue, you must choose!” Black hair at dawn, snow-white by dusk. It was the only phrase that came to mind. Clutching the zither, her slender waist cinched beneath her moon-pale dress, she stood against the wind and quietly said, “I choose solitude.” The destiny flowing in her blood could not be cast off or changed. So she would bring it all to an end herself. Currently serializing: Love may arrive late, but it will never fail to arrive.
