Akai Shuichi hadn't believed it, until he saw the supposedly dead Miyano Akemi appear at a shopping mall with a strangely dressed young man.

Scene Three:

But recently, whenever a blue figure appeared, Yokohama's public safety improved dramatically. No longer having to worry about their personal safety was something they never would have dared imagine before.

In short, it's a story about establishing a new organization between the Red and the Black.

A story with secret identities, multiple identities, all belonging to one person. No romantic pairing.

The story won't stay in the Detective Conan world. Other worlds that don't follow Detective Conan logic will appear, but the Detective Conan world itself will stay true to its rules. (It's something like the difference between Teyvat and the Golden Apple Archipelago.)
