By a twist of fate, Fengze Wenzhan joined the World Management Bureau's Maintenance Division and was sent to a world of anime and manga to carry out a mission protecting the world's development.
While completing a mission to strengthen the Black Organization, Fengze Wenzhan became its young master and started a real-deal villain training game. It seems he raised his recruits a little too well, though, so the Maintenance Division sent him over to the good guys to help crack down on crime. Fengze Wenzhan levels up and fights monsters along the way, eventually reaching the boss stage, only to find a lot of familiar faces there.
