[Sea of Dust]
I used to think there was no such thing as pure love in this world.
Love, by its very nature, has two parts.
The first is a chemical reaction.
The second is what we call obsession.
The first has a brief shelf life, fleeting and uncertain. The second can drag on endlessly, tangled and convoluted.
Amid the sea of dust, we are drawn to each other by chemistry and swept up in passion, then chase one another in the grip of obsession, unable to let go.
Perhaps obsession can give us the forever that chemistry cannot.
But obsession is deep because it is heavy, and elegant because it is hopeless.

A Qi's Sea of Dust series, book one: Those Dusts, Those Seas
...And here is the blurb for this story, left blank shamelessly by an author who can't write blurbs...
Stories that are hopeless yet elegant...
Wipe your little hands clean, then timidly ask for comments and favorites...
←The cover, the cover... It took this self-taught amateur three hours... I spent ages cutting out the rose at the bottom, then ages more coloring it... I'm exhausted~~~ I have to bow down to the Photoshop experts...
←So I still have to sadly add this... The cover materials came from web searches. If this infringes on your copyright, please contact me and I'll remove it as soon as possible...
