The Actress Is Being Delusional Again

Chu Ping notices that Xu Jiaojiao, the leading actress and award-winning star of the production, has been acting strangely lately.

Chu Ping brings an extra serving of fruit and casually offers it to her, but Xu Jiaojiao avoids it as if it were a snake or a scorpion.

Chu Ping finishes work too late to find a ride back to the hotel. She stands beside Xu Jiaojiao's van for just two seconds, and the other woman hurriedly starts the engine, leaving Chu Ping in a cloud of exhaust.

Chu Ping sees that the stylist is overwhelmed, so she kindly helps brush an eyelash off Xu Jiaojiao's face. Xu Jiaojiao slaps her hand away and glares at her.

Chu Ping: ??? I haven't done anything to any of you!!!

After one thing after another, even Chu Ping, slow as she is, realizes Xu Jiaojiao hates her. She takes the hint and keeps her distance, never approaching unless necessary.

But the award-winning actress isn't satisfied with that either.

Xu Jiaojiao realizes the fresh-faced newcomer playing the third female lead has designs on her.

Even though there are people everywhere, Chu Ping only shares her fruit with Xu Jiaojiao.

Even though the production has a shuttle bus, Chu Ping always wants to ride in Xu Jiaojiao's car.

Even though the stylist is right there, Chu Ping goes straight to touching her.

Xu Jiaojiao: I'm way out of your league. You don't stand a chance!

But who could have guessed that after she ignores Chu Ping for just a few days, the other woman would take the hint and back off? Now she keeps her distance whenever they meet, and she's getting awfully close to another pretty face on the set.

Xu Jiaojiao is furious. Xu Jiaojiao is confused. Xu Jiaojiao is panicking: You're really not going to try a little harder???!!!

Theme: As long as you don't give up, anything is possible.
