Happiness Falls

Four years ago, during their first encounter, she gave him a hug after he fell from a great height.

Four years later, when they meet again, was it all part of her careful plan, or had he deliberately sought her out?

This story is entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real people or events is purely coincidental! (Of course, some of the inspiration came from real life, but please don't assume it's about you.)

The heroine is calm and the hero is kind. That's how they appear on the surface.

The heroine is cunning, and the hero is stubborn. That's worth looking into.

The story may be a slow burn and may stray from reality. If that's not your thing, please don't force yourself to keep reading.

I admit it, this story went off track. It has absolutely nothing to do with my character or writing ability. I simply made a careless decision based on my mood at the time, and the story went in a direction I hadn't expected. Now I want to rein it in before it goes over the edge!

Don't throw bricks at me just yet! I've started a new story based on my original idea, and this time it definitely won't go off track. Please give me one more chance! I'm ever so grateful!

I'm worried I'll accidentally veer off course again, so Wang Shao is going to write a backlog before posting. The tentative release date is next Friday, March 5, 2010. Please look forward to it. I'll add a link here then.

For now, I'll mark this story as complete. You can think of it as a short story with an open ending.

This irresponsible young author is making a quick getaway.

2010.3.5

I've decided on a title for the new story: Falling in Love with Your Embrace. I'm trying to make it a little lighter. That's the style Wang Shao wants to settle on.
