Everyone in the art department at A University knew that Xu Yi had a CEO boyfriend.
The pairing of a cool beauty and a handsome CEO made everyone envious.
That is, until Xu Yi heard him on the phone...
"Don't worry, Xu Yi won't come between you two anymore."
The contempt and disdain in Feng Youyuan's voice as he said her name made Xu Yi stop in her tracks.
On his birthday, Xu Yi gave Feng Youyuan a cake that read, "Best Big Brother Award."
He lightly bit her delicate ear and teased, "Why write 'big brother'? Shouldn't it say 'Best Boyfriend Award'?"
Xu Yi shoved him away, her eyes reddening and her voice trembling. "You'd even sacrifice yourself for your little sister, wouldn't you? That's why you deserve the 'Best Big Brother' award."
Feng Youyuan's expression changed instantly.
"Mr. Feng, you've been having a great time, haven't you? You and Feng Lin really are siblings. You're both disgusting!"

Feng Lin said Xu Yi was interfering in her relationship, so Feng Youyuan decided to help his younger sister out.
When he first started spending time with Xu Yi, he was full of contempt for her.
But when the truth came out and she ran off in tears, Feng Youyuan clearly felt his heart ache for her.
He kept telling himself he looked down on a girl who would knowingly be the other woman.
Not long afterward, Feng Lin came to pick a fight with him, asking what was going on between him and Xu Yi, and why Xu Yi had really gotten together with Song Lang.
Feng Youyuan's face turned livid. "What do you mean, 'really gotten together'?"
Feng Lin only stammered.
That was when he realized Feng Lin hadn't told him the truth.

A friend sent him a painting and asked if the man in it was him.
The man in the painting showed only half his face in profile, handsome and composed.
"This piece is called Beloved. It won the gold medal at this year's international competition, but the artist declined the award, saying their beloved had died. I took one look, and the profile looked exactly like you."
That night, Feng Youyuan got blind drunk and called Xu Yi. "Yiyi, I miss you..."
Xu Yi interrupted him coldly. "Mr. Feng, we haven't had anything to do with each other for a long time."
At the same time, a casual, deep male voice came through the phone: "Yiyi, who is that?"
Later, Feng Youyuan still showed up at the art department at A University every day, but Xu Yi never gave him so much as a proper glance again.
