Everyone at First High knew that Chen Ci, the school bully, and Shao Zheng, the top student, couldn’t stand each other. They were the most infamous of enemies.
One day, the two of them found themselves inside a danmei fan comic called Kiss My Arch-Nemesis. To return to the real world, they had to hold hands, fingers interlaced, in front of the entire school for three minutes.
With no other choice, Chen Ci gritted his teeth and sought out Shao Zheng. “How about we work together? It’s just holding hands. Don’t tell me you’re scared.”
Shao Zheng: “Sure. You hold my hand.”
“...”
To escape the comic and return to reality, Chen Ci put up with it.
At the senior class flag-raising ceremony, school bully Chen Ci openly held hands with top student Shao Zheng, and all of First High went wild.
But... afterwards, the two of them were still trapped inside the comic.
Baffled, Chen Ci opened the second chapter of Kiss My Arch-Nemesis.
This was what it said:
“Hahahahahaha, you think holding hands will solve anything? Nope, nope!”
“Tremble, you silly, pretty little bottom, Chen Ci! Next, you and your most hated nemesis, the secretly coquettish and scheming top student, Shao Zheng, will spend forty-nine days together inside this comic. You’ll have to collect seven true-love kisses before you can return to the original world.”
“Everything that happens from now on will be in service of your kisses! Kiss! Kiss like there’s no tomorrow! Pin him against a tree and kiss him! Press him against a wall and kiss him! You can’t come back until your lips are bruised and swollen!”
After reading this ridiculous setup, both their expressions fell apart.
At first:
Chen Ci: “Just kill me.”
Shao Zheng: “Not happening.”
Later, in order to get back to the real world,
Chen Ci was pinned against a tree by Shao Zheng and kissed until his eyes, cheeks, and lips were all red.
He stuck out his chin and taunted him. “Your kissing is terrible. I didn’t feel a thing.”
Shao Zheng wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth. “You’re pretty wild. You even bite.”
Humiliated and furious, Chen Ci swung a fist at him.
But punching wouldn’t do the trick. Kissing would.
After Shao Zheng had pinned him down and kissed him six times, Chen Ci had lost every last bit of his temper.
At long last, they reached the finale, only to find the final chapter’s plot was: [Their most passionate seventh kiss. They get down to business in the bedroom.]
Damn it, this wasn’t a shoujo manga. It was practically an erotica comic!
Chen Ci stood at the bedroom door, bracing both hands against the frame. His flushed face was full of resistance.
Shao Zheng stood outside, looking humble and obedient as he coaxed him. “Don’t worry, I won’t do anything. Just let me sleep in there tonight, and I’ll call you Daddy. How’s that?”
Chen Ci’s eyes lit up, and he unconsciously let go of the doorframe. “Really?”
Shao Zheng took the opportunity to squeeze into the bedroom and chuckled. “Of course. I’ll call you Daddy during the day, and you can call me Daddy at night. From now on, we’ll be each other’s daddies.”
Chen Ci: “...”
You shameless bastard Shao Zheng, get the hell away from me!
P.S.
1. The top and bottom are both seniors in high school, but the story establishes that they’re both eighteen and legally adults.
