Just then, a strange game panel popped into its field of vision:

The cat struggles to survive with its foolish former human in tow. They cross mountains, lakes, and seas, pressing on through lava, snow, and mud. They gather firewood to warm themselves and curl up under plastic tarps to sleep.
They search abandoned homes for food,
clumsily learn to hunt a fat rat,
and scrounge up some crystal cores to feed the human (oh, no, the zombie).
They encounter all sorts of wanderers along the way, along with the "heretics" they keep hidden. Their companions grow in number, and their group gets bigger and bigger.
One day, a surveillance satellite captures a picture of the cat and the long line of followers behind it, then sends it back to a base.
The human survivors at the base are in an uproar:
"A cat?"
"Riding the Zombie King?"
"Leading a group of people to build a base?"
What?!

1. The early story is about road-trip survival in the wasteland: visiting different cities to scavenge supplies, wander and explore the map, or pick up people. Later, they build a base. This isn't an invincible power fantasy about conquering the world. It's more of a slice-of-life story, with limited interaction with human bases. Characters other than the main duo may die at any time.
2. A meteor shower hits Earth and triggers a chain reaction, causing a hazy, nuclear-winter-like natural disaster: a wasteland apocalypse with zombies.
3. The protagonist remains a cat throughout and will not turn into a human. In this story, zombies retain only a few instincts from their lives before death, and are not very obedient.
4. The original blurb has been revised. Only the premise of being reborn as a cat remains.
