In the year 16239 of the Star Calendar, people had countless different definitions of happiness, but not one had anything to do with love. The population departments around the world were pulling their hair out. They had tried rewards and punishments, but the number of naturally conceived babies kept falling. The interstellar population hit another historic low, and humanity could only rely on artificial wombs to keep the species going. However, children born this way had emotional deficiencies.

At that point, a research institute launched a new kind of "romance robot," designed to help people regain confidence in love and learn how to fall in love.

As a history specialist at the institute, Lin Qian had no choice but to lead by example and take one home, in order to secure funding for the new project and avoid a fine. After that, his life changed completely. The refined, aloof Professor Lin flew into a rage:

Lu Zhao was invincible on the battlefield, the only female general of the Dacheng Kingdom. But after being framed, she found herself in a strange world.

And there was an erudite idiot ordering her to cook and do housework. Lu Zhao crossed her arms. Cooking was out of the question, but she could teach this general idiot a lesson.

The idiot professor kept exposing his arms and legs and wandering around in front of her all day. General Lu rubbed her chin, calm and collected. "Hah. Men. He must be trying to seduce me."
