Relative Interpretation

[The premise isn't working very well, so the whole story is undergoing major revisions for now.]

Jian Mao Fengqi received a game console in the mail. When he opened it, he found it contained only one game.

Once he realized it was just a role-playing game, Jian Mao Fengqi lost interest. He only glanced at the characters and general plot before tossing the console aside.

But when he opened his eyes again, he found himself inside the game world. He would have to complete every part of the story before he could get out.

Jian Mao Fengqi scratched his head. Was this supposed to make him split personalities? And why was there a character just like him? Had the game dropped him into a bugged world?

With no other choice, Jian Mao Fengqi took on the burden and began his hard-working journey, all for the sake of getting home.
