Shi Yue "imagined" a lover who existed only for him and was diagnosed with schizophrenia, then forced to undergo treatment. It was only when incomprehensible giant creatures began appearing one after another, and their monstrous followers rampaged and slaughtered people, that Shi Yue escaped from the sanatorium. On the run, he stopped taking his medication.
Months later, watching his hallucination grow ever more vivid, Shi Yue accepted the "fact" that his illness was terminal and decided to spend the rest of his life relying on his nonexistent lover.
Then he discovered that...
HE. WAS. NEVER. SICK!
Looking at the "hallucination" beside him, Shi Yue slowly typed out a question mark. So, who are you!?

The god liked the name his little believer had given him after losing his memories. He also liked how much closer the two of them had become.
Strangely, his little believer was convinced that he didn't exist.
How could he prove that the person he was now wasn't just a figment of his little believer's imagination?

In the tales of the Age of the Gods, gods who lose their faith can only fade into silence, perishing as they are forgotten.
But what if they are the ones abandoned by their god...
The "disappearance" of the last believer means the god will leave without a backward glance, and marks the birth of a land without a master.
Fortunately, this "benevolent" god is especially fond of his last believer.

God top x believer bottom
A few things to know:
1. The top is a normal god, so he has no human notions of good and evil. His one redeeming quality is that he loves those his beloved loves.
2. This is an unconventional apocalypse story, set on a world other than Earth, with more advanced technology, bizarre monsters, and a relationship between gods and humans that leans toward cosmic horror, if I can manage to convey that feeling.
3. Think big. Few people would bother talking to ants. [Important]
P.S. The story takes place on a fictional planet with only one united country. The author has only ever lived on Earth [?], so the setting borrows from things I've encountered. In short, it's all made up.
