The Fourteenth Prince is the emperor's youngest brother. He was spoiled from childhood, is famous throughout the capital for his beauty, and is both spoiled and sickly.
But then his imperial brother assigns him to spy on the ambitious regent.
The regent has never paid him much attention, so the prince keeps trailing after him.

The young prince lifts his tearful eyes from the regent's arms and hiccups through a sob. "But I can't eat..."
The regent grits his teeth, then adds, "I'll feed you."
