Asleite is sickly.
After he was no longer useful, he was sent to the border to inherit his fief.
The knights hoped he would pull himself together and make a comeback, but only a few knew he had already made his preparations and was calmly waiting to die.
Then one day, he suffered an attack while out and about. A strange young woman who claimed to be a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine saved him, and showed a great deal of interest in his illness.

Because she showed up at such a suspiciously convenient moment, Asleite always suspected she was an assassin sent by someone else. So he took her in, while secretly arranging for people to keep an eye on her.
Sure enough, before long, he noticed her constantly hanging around near his room.
Asleite thought: Hah, now her true colors are showing.
So he called the butler in for questioning.
Asleite: “What has she been doing lately?”
Butler: “...She’s asked a few questions.”
Asleite: “What questions?”
The butler hesitated.
Asleite: “Tell me.”
Butler: “S-She asked about your bowel movements and urination...”
Wuluo is obsessed with medicine.
She grew up traveling around with her grandfather to treat patients. She’s no good at eating, drinking, or having fun, and would rather study difficult and unusual diseases. Unfortunately, the day after she got her medical license, she transmigrated.
If she had to transmigrate, so be it. But she’d ended up in a backward other world.
Luckily, a patient turned up on her doorstep not long after she arrived.
The illness wasn’t too difficult to treat, but the patient himself was another matter...
Wuluo had only been out gathering herbs for a few days. When she returned to the castle, the butler told her that the lord had been busy lately, had no appetite, and was in a terrible mood.
Wuluo walked into the study and, without a word, felt his stomach.
The man, who’d been radiating hostility, tensed up instantly.
Wuluo (rubbing his stomach): “Relax.”
Hmm, abdominal distension and discomfort...
“You need to fart more.”
One dark and stormy night, the two of them were alone in the study.
Wuluo held Asleite by the chin, leaned close, and said softly, “Open your mouth and stick out your tongue... Let me have a look.”
Asleite: ?
Wuluo: “Your tongue is rosy, and the coating is thin and pale... Huh, that’s not right. Your symptoms don’t match. Why is your face so hot?!”
“...”
Asleite was both embarrassed and furious!
