What's wrong with opening a dessert shop in Gotham?
Absolutely nothing.
But if your dessert shop survives a massive explosion completely unscathed, while everything around it is in ruins, then there's a problem!
Livina always thought she'd been transported into a food-management game, so she worked diligently at her shop. She never expected that after an explosion, a constant stream of unusual customers would start appearing at her Summer Dessert Shop.

Livina couldn't take any more after going days without making a single sale. If she'd done something wrong, let God punish her, instead of making her run a damn dessert shop in this wretched Gotham.
Her intense resentment forced the System to develop an "outing" feature. Great, now she had something else to look forward to.
Grinning, Livina set up an ice cream cake stall outside Wayne Manor and gave the middle finger, making sure the security cameras at the entrance got a clear, unobstructed view of it from every angle.
Damn you people who keep me from earning coins! None of you are getting off easy! Maybe next time I'll set up outside Arkham. If you don't buy anything, you don't get to escape:)
