A suspenseful romance

Lin Zhi witnesses a murder. She sees the entire process, including:
A knife stabbing someone to death, a body being dismembered, and the crime scene being cleaned up.
The terrifying part is that the police find no evidence.
The bloodstains disappear.
The weapon vanishes.
And all those body parts are nowhere to be found.
Then nobody believes her anymore. They all say she's crazy.
Just as Lin Zhi begins doubting herself, the murderer appears before her, reaches out, and smiles. "Hello. I'm your new physics teacher."

Bai Ye is an orphan who dropped out of school and stays at home, making a living through game streaming. Gloomy and eccentric, he is called a monster by the neighbors, who avoid him at all costs.
By chance, he meets a well-behaved girl with a sweet, innocent face.
The girl tells him a secret:
She saw someone being murdered and dismembered with her own eyes.
"Pfft..." He looks at her and laughs for the first time in ages.
"I knew you wouldn't believe me. Everyone says I'm crazy."
"I believe you." He stops smiling and answers earnestly.
He is the first person willing to believe her.

Lin Zhi and Bai Ye play a game: a game of a madwoman and a monster hunting down a killer.
Three rules:
1. Don't give up.
2. Don't back down.
3. Stay alive until the end.
After Bai Ye is stabbed several times in a face-to-face fight with the killer, he collapses in a pool of blood. Lin Zhi kneels beside him, weeping uncontrollably and regretting having dragged him into this undeserved disaster.
But Bai Ye takes her hand and smiles weakly as he says two things.
"We can win this game."
"If I survive, be with me."
