Sequel: The Red Thread Goes Astray (Hua Guzi + Wulin Waishi)

A soul departed for love, reborn through fate; a red thread tangled, and an immortal maiden went astray. Zhong Suqiu, a fairy in the service of the Old Man Under the Moon, descended to save someone after an unintentional mistake. By chance, she met Tao Zui, the bamboo spirit she had once loved. Their past had already gone awry. Would they have another chance to pursue their feelings? After the Ghost Palace Mistress Bai Feifei was revived, she went in search of the truth behind her close friend's death. She traveled to the Six Doors in the capital, where she happened to meet Zhui Ming, the chief constable from the south. Having forgotten her past, she and Zhui Ming came to understand and cherish one another. But because of old grudges and past enmities, she had no choice but to leave with Shen Lang. One had a smile bright as the morning sun, and the other had the carefree charm of a spring breeze. Should she move forward, or turn back and stay? The original Red Thread Tangled was a hugely popular unfinished story I read online: http://tieba.baidu.com/f?z=218226585&ct=335544320&lm=0&sc=0&rn=30&tn=baiduPostBrowser&word=%B0%D7%B7%C9%B7%C9&pn=0 With the author's permission, I continued the story. When the original author was writing it, they brought together characters from three TV dramas: Hua Gu Zi, Wulin Waishi, and The Four Great Constables. Since the settings of Hua Gu Zi and Wulin Waishi are so different, the story will branch off as it continues. The chapter titles indicate which storyline each chapter follows. I hope you'll enjoy it.
