Ye Qiu always says Shen Nian'an is better suited to being a sharpshooter.
Shen Nian'an has never forgotten why she first joined Tiny Herb: to shine as brightly as Wang Buliuxing.
But after joining Tiny Herb and becoming a key player, she discovers the problems it has through one training match and friendly match after another.
Tiny Herb relies too much on Wang Jiexi.
Everyone's play revolves around Wang Jiexi. The moment Wang Buliuxing is targeted, the whole team is put on the defensive.
She had set her heart on becoming Wang Jiexi's equal. As Ye Qiu says, her style is bold and flashy. She can't become an assassin who hides on the battlefield and strikes unseen. How could a style like hers support Wang Buliuxing?
Ye Qiu is right. What Tiny Herb needs is Wang Buliuxing's shadow: someone who can clear away every threat around him.
Shen Nian'an opens Wang Jiexi's chat window from her QQ contacts and stares at the Tiny Herb avatar for a long time. At last, she types a line.
Nian: Is it hard to change?
Wang Buliuxing: Yes.
Nian: Then why change?
Wang Buliuxing: Because the result is worth it.
Yes, as long as the result is worth it.
The process of changing is difficult. She stumbles along the way and faces plenty of doubts.
Of course, she succeeds. Now she is Wang Buliuxing's perfect shadow.
The change is complete. All that's left is the result.
Season Seven Finals: Hundred Blossoms versus Tiny Herb.
Sacrificial Strike.
The moment Bamboo Knot Asarum and Proud Wind Fading Blossom fall, Shen Nian'an types one final line into the team channel.
Magician, may ten thousand stars crown you.
Premise: For glory, for the championship.
