Lately I've been obsessed with fanfiction and derivative stories. Most of them can be found by searching the tags directly, and lots of other recommendation lists feature them too (that's how I find books as well), so I figured I'd put together a little collection...
To save time, here are a few things to know about my recommendations. My tastes are pretty limited:
1. I read for fun, so most of my picks are lighthearted comedies. You're not going to find gloomy stories with profound themes here. You can hope they aren't too ridiculous, though that's probably asking a lot.
2. I care more about humor, fun premises, and plot than the writing itself.
3. I absolutely refuse to read bad endings. If a story breaks my heart, I'll die!
4. I read all kinds of perspectives, but most of the stories are BL with a bottom protagonist, or have no romantic pairing.
