One Piece: Feast on Meat and Rejoice (Luffy)

"You promised you'd grill meat for me for the rest of my life!" said the straw-hatted boy, looking at the girl on the hospital bed as her life slowly ebbed away.

"You should go! Your crew is waiting for you!" the girl said with a smile.

"Don't smile! Why do you only smile when you're suffering?" the boy roared, looking at the girl's pale face.

"Because... I love you! I want you to remember me at my most beautiful whenever you think of me!" The girl paused briefly, then spoke softly.

"I won't let you leave me!" The boy wrapped his arms around her and held her tightly against his chest.

"I'm sorry..." The girl gently laid her hand on his and whispered.

"I don't agree! I don't agree!" the boy repeated through his tears. When he felt her hand slide down and fall onto the bed, he paused for a second, then burst into tears.

"Luffy, why are you wailing in the middle of the night?" Yan Huan and the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates were woken by Luffy's howling and gathered around his bed.

"Ah!" Luffy suddenly jolted awake. Seeing the girl before him, he lunged at her and clung tightly to Yan Huan. "Huanhuan! I'm... hungry!"

The Straw Hat Pirates thought Luffy had finally figured it out! They were just about to grin knowingly when his next words left them completely stunned!

Nami stroked her chin. This clearly wasn't as simple as it looked! There had to be more to it!

A few things to know before reading:

1. Yan Huan is Shanks's younger sister.

2. She's three years older than Luffy!!!

3. She loves food and is an amazing griller!

4. As the younger sister of one of the Four Emperors, she's got to be bold! Great at hand-to-hand combat, and she has the rare Talisman-Talisman Fruit ability. If anyone annoys her, she'll throw a talisman at them!

5. There probably... won't be any angst!
