When the people recording everyone's information mixed up all the surnames of the nonhumans, the Hu family couldn't use the surname Tu that they'd so carefully chosen. His parents couldn't let go of the fact that their carefully chosen surname had gone to waste, so they named him Hu Tutu.

Fate played a cruel trick on him when someone who was both deaf and blind messed up his name after messing up his family's surname. It was typed as Hu Tutu, using the character for rabbit.

On the first day of school, everyone introduced themselves. Hu Tutu was thrilled to hear that someone had the surname Tu.

Since he couldn't have that surname, he figured he could at least get close to it. Hu Tutu decided he had to become good friends with Tu Zhou.

Hu Tutu thought of Tu Zhou as a future friend, but Tu Zhou didn't see it that way.

Rabbits love eating grass, and his true form was foxtail grass. Hu Tutu must have seen him as food.

Poor Hu Tutu. Before their friendship had even begun, he already felt that the relationship he wanted wouldn't be easy to build.
