He was still the pride of Falling Star Lake, a gifted prodigy. Meanwhile, Yin Zhaoliu's identity as a member of the demon race had been exposed, leaving him condemned by everyone and with nowhere to go.
Remembering the agony in his chest before he died, Jiang Yao felt old and new grudges surge through him. He changed his tune, his face expressionless. [It's time to let Yin Zhaoliu experience the cruelty of the world.]
Yin Zhaoliu blinked, and found himself back in the year he was twenty-five, too.
After a devastating turn of events, he was ready to die. He had traveled a thousand miles to Muzhou, hoping to see his beloved one last time before the end.
There seemed little point in doing it all over again. Yin Zhaoliu thought indifferently. He had long since severed all feelings and desires; their paths had diverged, so it was better not to meet.
Then his beloved appeared before him and announced that he intended to use force and coercion against him.
Well, maybe that wouldn't be so bad after all.
