I spent two days thinking about this story. I originally wanted to try a different narrative style, telling a story in a way completely unlike my usual writing. But after writing 70,000 words, I realized it wasn’t right for me. When it comes to writing, I first have to be satisfied with what I’m making before I can entertain anyone else. And I can’t even bring myself to read this story.
I’ve been considering whether to grit my teeth and finish it as is, switch back to my usual style in the upcoming sections, or revise it from the beginning. I haven’t decided yet, but I will finish it.
