Su Shu was just an ordinary girl. One day, she happened to have her fortune told and was informed that her life would be full of misfortune. She needed to marry into a wealthy family, to a spoiled young master. As the saying went, misfortune upon misfortune could turn things around: only two people with bad luck could avert disaster and live happily ever after.
But Su Shu didn't believe in fate! She ran, and he chased... Eventually, he decided to give up. He said, "Su Shu, since you won't let me have my way, then let's go to hell together!"
His hell was... Her hell was the inescapable sea of trouble that came with a wealthy family.
Later, that man found someone new, and she got divorced. She was overjoyed. Just when she thought she'd escaped hell, she fell into an even deeper one: a horrific car accident.
But she still remembered what her grandmother had once told her: "You have bad luck, but there's a way to ward it off. These Buddhist prayer beads were passed down from my ancestors. Wear them, and they'll keep you safe and blessed, free from worry and full of joy for the rest of your life."
After Su Shu put on the prayer beads, she threw herself into building a career.
Just as her career was taking off, it seemed her springtime had arrived, too.
She ran into her first love again.
She ran into her ex-husband again.
Uh!
And the worst part was:
Her first love already had a girlfriend, but still wouldn't stop pestering her.
Her ex-husband had remarried, yet still came around to flirt with her.
What a scumbag!
Maybe she should just focus on her career?!!!!
