I Became the First Emperor's Master?!

[Blurb updated 2021.11.17]

As Wen Linchu, a genius disciple of the Hehuan Sect's 2,777th generation, he had always been held in high hopes by the sect.

They even went to great lengths when Wen Linchu first transmigrated into a historical era, picking a good dynasty so he could successfully complete his trial and return as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, life is unpredictable. Not only did he transmigrate into an unfamiliar Qin dynasty, he also knocked a little boy unconscious.

After saving the boy, Wen Linchu learned that he wasn't human at all, but a ghost.

Most importantly, the energy flowing through the boy could actually help him cultivate.

To grow stronger and finish his trial so he could go home, Wen Linchu talked the boy's ear off until he agreed to become his disciple.

The first day after taking him in

Wen Linchu: "Apprentice, I still don't know your name."

The boy: "Ying Zheng!"

Wen Linchu: "...Of all the names your mother could have picked, she had to give you the same name as Qin Shi Huang. Good boy, let's pick a different name."

Ying Zheng: "..."

The hundredth day after taking him in

Wen Linchu: "Apprentice, even though your name is the same as Qin Shi Huang's, I think you're better than him."

Ying Zheng: "Oh! What do you think is good about me, Master?"

Wen Linchu: "Well, you're obedient and cute."

Ying Zheng: "..."

The Nth day after taking him in

Wen Linchu: "Apprentice, no, Your Majesty, the First Emperor, can't we just talk this out instead of fighting?"

Ying Zheng: "Compared to talking, your disciple prefers taking action."

Wen Linchu: "..."
