Surviving the Apocalypse, but My Target Is My Archenemy

Song Zhixin has three problems:

First, she has a rival and nemesis, Jiang Qiaowan, who is beautiful and comes from a wealthy family. Even the one achievement Song Zhixin can boast about is utterly overshadowed by her.

Second, she's been reborn, and the apocalypse is just a month away.

Third, she knows Jiang Qiaowan will awaken the rarest space ability and thrive in the post-apocalyptic world. Meanwhile, thanks to her ridiculous pride and competitive streak, she's already thoroughly offended this future powerhouse.

On the first night after her rebirth, Song Zhixin looks at her meager bank balance and decides without hesitation to cling to her nemesis.

But late at night, after chewing on her pen for a long time, she finally sends a carefully worded message: "Um... hypothetically, if the apocalypse were coming, what would you do?"

Jiang Qiaowan replies quickly, but the message makes Song Zhixin's vision go dark.

"?"

"Have you been reading too many apocalypse novels?"

"Didn't you say you wouldn't talk to me anymore if your final exam score didn't beat mine?"

"Otherwise, you'd be my dog?"

Song Zhixin: "..."

Now she doesn't want to cling to that leg anymore.

She turns around and devotes all her energy to preparing for survival in the apocalypse.

She spends all her savings on soon-to-expire food and stays up late studying wilderness survival guides. But she never expects to overexert herself, get dizzy, and faint right into Jiang Qiaowan's arms...

When she wakes, she's lying in a soft, clean bed, with the scent of rice in the air.

Jiang Qiaowan is sitting beside the bed, eyes lowered as she gently stirs a bowl of porridge. Her voice gives nothing away:

"How childish are you? Is this the only way you can get my attention?"

"If you like me, just say so."

Song Zhixin, who has always thought of Jiang Qiaowan as her rival: ...
