[Drarry] The Rose of Time

Draco Malfoy suffered from severe insomnia. It had started in his sixth year, when he became trapped in those damn fears, which almost crushed him. Even now, as the youngest head healer at St. Mungo's, he still couldn't escape his past. Postwar guilt had only made his insomnia worse. Then one day, Pansy sent him a box of sleep-inducing incense. In his dreams, Draco Malfoy returned to his school days, when he had clashed with the Chosen One. Draco realized that his life in the real world was also changing in strange ways. There is more than one path. Each thing is, at the same time, countless things. A profound rose, secret and without end. (Jorge Luis Borges, The Eternal Rose) * Set after the war, with both characters single. A story that only pretends to be about being reborn. * Written for personal enjoyment, whenever inspiration strikes. Theme: There is more than one path.
