Timeline: After the end of Season 6
Parallel universe: What would happen to Hundred Blossoms if Yu Feng transferred there at the end of Season 6, Chu Yunxiu left Misty Rain early, Zhang Jiale didn't retire, and Tang Hao didn't join Howling Wind?
When I first read the original, I was surprised that Hundred Blossoms went two whole seasons without successfully strengthening their roster after Sun Zheping retired, yet still managed to take second place. Unable to let go of that, I came up with this story: If Zhang Jiale were given a group of powerful teammates, could Hundred Blossoms become a team as strong as Samsara in the original?
The two newcomers are Yu Feng, who wasn't given enough opportunities on Blue Rain, and Xiuxiu, who later finds herself caught between two difficult choices. I hope these unlucky kids, who haven't had much luck getting ahead, can win a championship together.
As for romance, it will probably only appear in the extras, and there could be many pairings. The main story is about Hundred Blossoms' rise to success, which is basically playing matches.
