This is a childcare story in two parts. The first part to be posted is an extra, because... I finished writing the extra first.
Then I wondered if there might be another possibility, so I wrote the other possible world that follows.
You can probably think of the two worlds as parallel timelines.

On his eighth birthday, Li Zhi had a nightmare.
He dreamed that the plane carrying the older boy who had been tricked by Dad Song crashed, and from then on he embarked on the arduous path of searching for his big brother.
He deceived someone very important to him, only to find himself holding that person's head and crying helplessly amid the smoke and dust of the world's end!
Where's my big Mo Mo? Where's my huge Mo Mo?
Also known as: I'm a little mushroom, and I have a Mo Mo! I love him so much that I want to have babies with him!
