Professor Snape Wants Me to Drop Out

On a bizarre Halloween, Sera Green, a fifth-year Ravenclaw at Hogwarts, discovered that the whole school had changed quite a bit! Her professors had all become much better-looking! She seemed to be the only one who noticed. A few other students had gotten better-looking too, but nothing as obvious as the professors all changing at once. The professor whose appearance had changed the most was the Potions teacher, the old bat Snape. No, Sera thought, she couldn’t call him an old bat anymore. It wasn’t just that he’d become more handsome. He’d also acquired a deep, magnetic voice. When she heard it in class, her hand went slack and she nearly overturned her cauldron. Decision made! That alone is reason enough to pass her Potions OWLs this year! So thought the Ravenclaw who had led the school in Potions cauldron explosions for four years running. Author’s note: This is just a fun idea, and I’m writing it right away. I’ve been loving cheerful, snarky stories lately, so I thought I’d give one a try myself. The purest romance, the most unbridled joy! The title comes from Kaguya-sama: Love Is War. 12.30: You’re welcome to check out my new story next door, a Marauders’ era double-agent story: HP: The Classmates. Theme: It’s not good to let looks dictate your values. Having fun matters most
