I, Lady White Bone, Am the Villainess

Everyone says the scheming White Bone Spirit was beaten to death by the Great Sage Sun's three blows on South Mountain. No one knows that "Three Strikes Against the White Bone Demon" was simply a show put on by Lady White Bone.

She had no powerful backer or patron, no magical treasures and no mount. Even the mounts of those "celestial immortals" could bring their treasures down to the mortal world and still fail to stop the Buddhist monk from the Eastern Land and his disciples on their journey west. So why would a nobody like her, upon seeing the reincarnation of the Golden Cicada and his disciples heading into her territory, come running over, thinking she could feast on Tang Monk's flesh?

"You don't want to submit to Heaven, but you don't want Heaven to destroy you either. You sure want a lot, demon."

"Still, I like your greed."

The being who called itself the "Lord God" held out its "hand" to her.

"Want to make a deal with me? I'll send you to a world Heaven can't reach. In return, you'll keep me entertained."

Lady White Bone smiled radiantly, her eyes misty as she placed her hand in the "Lord God's." "And what will it cost me?"

From then on, flowers bloomed from white bones. She could transform into a thousand forms, and a graceful figure appeared in one little world after another.

Some cursed her as a wicked woman beyond compare. Others knelt before her statue and praised her greatness.

"If you see me as a serpent or scorpion, then that is what I shall be."

"If you see me as a god or Buddha, then that is what I shall be."
