Ji Xinghan wakes up to discover he's become the cannon-fodder bottom in a melodramatic novel. In the original story, after his gland is destroyed, he gradually goes mad, gets dumped by his scumbag fiance, is rejected by his family, and even gives up on his studies. His life is ruined.
Ji Xinghan, now in the story: The original owner's brain must be fried. He had a perfectly good place at the best university in the galaxy, but threw it away to get mixed up in some melodramatic rich-family drama.
Ji Xinghan knows that his gland has been destroyed and he doesn't have long to live. He decides to coast through life and rush through the plot, hoping to find release.
As in the original story, he goes to a special facility in place of the protagonist bottom. The facility houses a so-called demon, rumored to have fallen into a hormonal crisis and become violent and insane. He's also the former marshal of the Alliance, feared by everyone.
Ji Xinghan: If I'm going to die, fine. Just let me die quickly.
Ji Xinghan looks at the man, whose face is covered in blood. A sharp, piercing glint flashes through those blood-red eyes, and Ji Xinghan's heart gives a flutter.
