Shutang, who had been doted on ever since he was little, finally met his match for the first time.
The person who did whatever they pleased disappeared right in front of him, and stayed gone for three years.
Mini-Scene 1:
Shutang is bandaging his wound when someone grabs him by the wrist.
Shulei frowns and asks, “Aren't you the one who's most afraid of pain?”
Shutang lowers his head and presses his lips together. “I'm not afraid anymore. It can't get worse than this.”
Mini-Scene 2:
Shutang looks at Shulei, who is half a head taller than him, then suddenly rises on tiptoe and leans toward him.
“I heard that if a man loves you to the point of obsession, his spine will deform,” he asks very seriously. “Brother, is that true for you?”
Shulei smiles and gently kisses his forehead. “I'm a little better off than those men. I have a boyfriend who's willing to rise up on tiptoe for me.”
