Shen Youhuan never expected that making a wish on a meteor shower would turn her into a cat. Unwilling to become a stray, sleeping rough and being chased and bullied by bad people, she sets out to find herself a human servant.
Human servant No. 1 is a powerful big shot, according to the rumors. Kitty only had to rub against him once to catch his attention, but he's too fierce and gives Kitty the cold shoulder. Kitty doesn't like him, so she finds human servant No. 2, a doctor. He makes delicious food for Kitty every day and pets her so nicely, but he wants to get Kitty spayed. How could he? Kitty has no choice but to leave him, as reluctant as she is.
And so human servants No. 3 and No. 4 make their entrance.
From the shared perspective of the human servants:
“I fed her, gave her water, and even hired her a nanny. Then she ran off with some bad boy, wearing an expensive little princess dress, biting down on a little gold necklace and a black card, and leaving behind a crookedly written letter.”
It's just like the family's little princess running off with a delinquent. They want to break that delinquent's legs.
Later, several human servants meet face-to-face, with the innocent, pretending-not-to-hear bad kitty beside them. “Sweetie, who do you like best?” They're determined to settle who's number one.
A cat can have many places to mooch food, but only one home.
Unfortunately, the other human servants think the same way.
